Services
We are in the office year round to provide income tax preparation and other services to our clients.
-
While income tax preparation is the foundation of our practice, it represents only the beginning of the services we provide. We prepare timely federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals and small businesses with attention to accuracy and compliance.
Our clients want peace of mind and prefer to spend their time doing what they do best. They rely on us to handle the complexities of their tax returns and to assist them with filing on time. We offer tax preparation services for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and sole proprietors, tailoring our approach to the needs of each client.
If you haven’t filed personal or business tax returns for several years, we can assist you with getting caught up with your required filings.
We will help prepare and file prior-year returns and, when necessary, negotiate installment agreements or other resolution options with the IRS on your behalf.
-
If you received a notice from the IRS and aren’t sure what to do next, we provide IRS Notice Response services to guide you through the required steps. We also offer IRS Transcript Analysis to review your records and identify discrepancies, as well as IRS payment plan negotiation to help arrange manageable terms. In some cases, the best resolution is an Offer in Compromise, and we can walk you through that entire process.
Everyone deserves an advocate, and we can represent you before the IRS to help resolve your tax matters. We understand that dealing with the IRS can feel overwhelming and highly stressful.
Schedule an appointment today so we can assess your situation and help you move forward with confidence.

Whether you prefer to have someone regularly monitor your tax situation for you or you are experiencing a one-time change that requires attention, we can accommodate those needs.
From one-time planning sessions that include detailed projections of your tax liability for the current year to safe harbor estimated tax payment calculations provided as part of tax preparation, we strive to minimize unexpected tax surprises.
Our advisory services also cover efforts to reduce or eliminate penalties when appropriate.

We welcome new small business clients by offering a convenient monthly subscription service. The subscription includes maintaining the bookkeeping file used to prepare income taxes, filing sales tax returns when applicable, quarterly consultations to review finances and answer questions, and preparation of the tax return for the business.
Small businesses may choose between two subscriptions; one includes full-service payroll and the other does not include payroll.
